Clarity.

Frame the real decision. Cut through noise. Define the question that matters before answering the question in front of you. Most teams spend their effort on the second question. The first question is where the call actually lives.

Reality.

Ground judgment in evidence. Expose bias. Face facts that the team has been working around. The constraint cannot be moved if the team cannot agree on what is actually true.

Uncover.

Name the constraint nobody else will. The binding one. The one the team feels and has not said. Naming sounds soft. It is the discipline most teams refuse. A crux named is a crux that has to be answered.

eXecute.

Decide. Assign ownership. Move with confidence and pace. Set the tripwire that tells you whether the decision landed. This is where most consulting engagements stop and where Crux engagements live.

Reflect.
