The candidate constraints surfaced, and the single binding one given a word precise enough to act on.
Day two · Move. Own.
The call made and assigned.
The tripwires set, and the cycle handed to the team so they can run it again without us in the room.
The team then leaves with 90 days of Crux AI. The Lab moves the decision in front of you now. The 90 days is the runway: the team carries the same discipline into the decisions that follow, with Crux AI structuring each call, until the cycle is theirs by habit.

PRICING
£18,000
£18,000 for the two-day Lab, twelve leaders, and 90 days of Crux AI for the team. We do not price by day rate. We price by the decision the room is built to make.
On the programmes we work on, a call deferred by six weeks costs more than the Lab does.
